Class of 1975 Reunion Luncheon

Gather with your fellow Class of 1975 graduates for a special reunion luncheon during Golden Grad Forever Club Weekend! This exclusive event is just for your class, providing a wonderful opportunity to reconnect, reminisce, and celebrate 50 years of memories. Centennial Campus Tour

Join us for a guided tour of Centennial Campus by bus and on foot during reunion weekend! Discover the innovative spaces that are shaping the future, including the state-of-the-art Hunt Library, and the cutting-edge Plant Sciences Building. Whether you’re revisiting familiar places or seeing them for the first time, this tour is a great way to experience the evolution of NC State’s dynamic campus.
Golden Grads Forever Club Reunion Welcome Reception

Classes Without Quizzes

Come and join us for Classes Without Quizzes — an engaging session free from Scantrons and No. 2 pencils! Showcase your knowledge and enthusiasm by participating in workshops tailored to your interests.
Topic #1 – Exploring NC State’s Musical History
Join the University Archivist and librarians from the Special Collections Research Center to see, hear, and touch campus history. This session will feature a presentation on music performances at NC State during the early 1970s, along with a selection of original materials from the archives that explore your history at NC State.
Topic #2 – What’s Up with AI at NC State?
NC State is a Data Science and AI University, integrating AI throughout the campus to create extensive opportunities for students, faculty and staff. Discover the university’s progress and future plans from Dr. David Stokes, Director of Teaching and Learning for the NC State Data Science and AI Academy, and hear from students on how data science and AI are shaping their education and career paths.
Golden Grads Forever Club Reunion Luncheon

Celebrate the Class of 1975 with a special medallion presentation and formal induction into the Golden Grads Forever Club. This exclusive luncheon is a time to reconnect with classmates, reflect on your NC State journey, and commemorate this milestone together. Attendance is required to receive your medallion—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Main Campus Bus Tour

Hop aboard for a special bus tour of NC State’s campuses, where you’ll explore familiar landmarks and discover exciting new spaces that have transformed the university. The main campus bus tour will also include a stop at the Memorial Belltower, led by Dr. Tom Stafford. This is a wonderful opportunity to reminisce, see what’s new, and experience the growth of your alma mater. Space is limited, so be sure to register early! Complimentary parking is available at the Park Alumni Center.

When does event check-in begin?
Check-in opens 30 minutes before each scheduled event. Please refer to your confirmation form for your specific schedule.

Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available at the Park Alumni Center for all events held there.
How can I pay for drinks at the Evening Welcome Reception (May 1)?
The bar will accept card payments only. Cash will not be accepted at this event.
I’m bringing a ring or medallion to the event. What should I do?
If you’re bringing a ring or medallion, please drop it off in a sealed, labeled bag at the Park Alumni Center on Thursday, May 1, between 1:45 and 2:30 p.m., and return to pick it up on Friday, May 2, between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
I’m interested in purchasing a class ring. Will there be someone I can speak with?
Yes! Balfour representatives will be at the Park Alumni Center on Friday, May 2, from 1:30–3:30 p.m.
I graduated before 1975 and haven’t received my GGFC medallion. Can I receive one at the Reunion?
Yes! If you’re registered for the Reunion Luncheon on Friday, May 2, you’ll have the opportunity to receive your GGFC medallion after the Class of 1975 receives theirs, during the presentation of medallions.
Can I exchange my previous GGFC medallion for the newly designed one?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges of older medallions for the updated design.
Where is commencement being held this year?
If you RSVP’d for Commencement on Saturday, May 3, please note that it will take place at Carter-Finley Stadium.
Will transportation be provided between venues or hotels?
Transportation will not be provided. Guests are encouraged to arrange their own transportation or coordinate with fellow alumni.
I’m registered for Classes Without Quizzes. Will I be able to attend both sessions?
Yes! You’ll have the opportunity to attend both sessions. Each session will last 40 minutes, with a 10-minute break in between to transition to the next.
