Crystal Coast Oyster Roast
Every year, Randy and Susan Woodson, fellow NC State alumni and friends gather for the Crystal Coast Oyster Roast at the NC State Center for Marine Sciences and Technology (CMAST) in Morehead City. Producers representing local oyster farms shuck their delicious oysters for your enjoyment and taste comparison. Guests get the opportunity to view activity displays on the important CMAST research/extension projects happening on the coast.
