This week, NASA astronaut and three-time alumna Christina Koch returned to the campus that launched her, welcomed by a cheering crowd, a renamed building with her name on it and a limited-edition scoop of her own Howling Cow ice cream.

Today, @ncstate celebrated the return of @nasa astronaut and three-time alumna Christina Hammock Koch. To honor her extraordinary service and #ThinkAndDo spirit, Chancellor Kevin Howell announced that Engineering Building II on Centennial Campus has officially been renamed Koch Hall.
To cap off the out-of-this-world celebration, the chancellor also unveiled Howl at the Moon β a limited-edition @ncstatehowlingcow flavor featuring cheesecake ice cream with blueberry and raspberry swirls and graham cracker crust.
