Think you know college football? Prove it in the 2026 Young Alumni Pigskin Pick’em Pool. Pick the winners of ten featured matchups each week, earn points for correct selections and compete for NC State prizes and bragging rights.

Week 1 picks are now open.

Week 1 deadline: Friday, Sept. 4, 2026, at 11:55 p.m. ET. All ten picks and the tiebreaker must be submitted before the deadline.

Submit Your Week 1 Picks

Select a winner for each matchup and enter your predicted combined final score for the designated tiebreaker game. The scheduled kickoff day and time are shown with each matchup.

Use the same email address every week so your points are included in the correct season total. If you submit more than once, your latest complete entry received before the deadline will be used.

How It Works

1. Make your picks. Choose the winner of each of the ten featured matchups before the Week 1 deadline.
2. Check the kickoff information. Games may be played on different days. The scheduled kickoff day and time are shown with each matchup.
3. Predict the tiebreaker. For the designated game, predict the combined final score of both teams.
4. Use the same email address. This allows the system to add each week’s points to the correct season total.
5. Update your entry if necessary. If you submit more than once, your latest complete entry received before the deadline will be scored.
6. Check back for results. After all selected games are final, return to see the weekly winner, season standings and picks breakdown.

How Scoring Works

• Earn one point for each correctly selected game winner.
• Your weekly score is the number of correct selections among the ten games.
• If participants have the same weekly score, the designated tiebreaker game is used.
• The tiebreaker goes to the participant whose predicted combined score is closest to the game’s actual combined final score.
• If participants remain exactly tied, they may be recognized as co-winners.
• Your points accumulate throughout the 2026 season.

Week 1 Winner

The Week 1 winner will appear here after all selected games are final and the results have been approved. If multiple participants remain tied after the combined-score tiebreaker, all tied participants may be recognized as co-winners.

2026 Season Leaderboard

The leaderboard will be updated after the Week 1 results are finalized. Public names are abbreviated to a first name and last initial.

Week 1 Picks Breakdown

After Week 1 is complete, the picks breakdown will show the percentage of valid entries that selected each team, the actual winner of each game and the matchup used for the weekly tiebreaker.

Important Reminders

• Use the same email address for every weekly entry.
• Complete all ten picks and the combined-score tiebreaker.
• Submit the form before the posted weekly deadline.
• If you submit more than once, your latest complete entry received before the deadline will be used.
• Late or incomplete entries are not eligible for weekly scoring.

Participant Privacy

Your email address is used privately to connect your weekly entries and calculate your season total. Email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, individual picks and other personal information are not displayed publicly.

Public results use an abbreviated name consisting of the participant’s first name and last initial.
