Red wolves are a critically endangered species, so much so that the only ones left in the wild are in North Carolina. For the fifth installment of our campus history series, we learned about the College of Veterinary Medicine’s history and involvement in the conservation program in North Carolina. Tune in to the virtual program hosted by Dr. Tara Harrison, associate professor of Zoo and Exotic Animal Medicine and manager of the NC State Red Wolf Conservation Program.

This program was presented in partnership with NC State University Libraries and was originally held on Oct. 12, 2022.
