Raleigh Review is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit magazine and organization entrusted as a public charity for purposes of literary publishing.

Co-Incorporators are: William Badger, DPhil (NCSU MFA 2011, and Oxford University 2020) and Rob Greene, PhD (NCSU MFA 2011, and University of Birmingham 2020).

Board members of Raleigh Review include NC State University MFA Alumni on the Raleigh Review Board of Directors: Tyree Daye, Bryce Emley, Will Badger, and Rob Greene.
