Framework Performance Academy is a holistic athlete development program helping middle school to professional athletes improve their speed, strength, mindset, and overall performance — on and off the field. Founded by alumni Airius and Hannah Moore, Framework uses a track-and-field-inspired approach rooted in biomechanics, intention, and personalized progression to help athletes perform at their highest level.
