Greetings, Golden Grads Forever Club Members,
I hope this message finds you in good health and looking forward to spring.
First and foremost, on behalf of our membership, I want to express our heartfelt gratitude to retiring Chancellor Randy Woodson. Throughout his tenure, he has been a steadfast supporter of NC State’s alumni community and his unwavering commitment to the Golden Grads Forever Club (GGFC) has been especially meaningful. He has joined us for our annual reunion each year, and we are deeply grateful for his personal dedication. We wish him and his wife, Susan, all the best in their future endeavors.
As we look ahead, the GGFC is gearing up for an exciting spring. Our signature reunion event will take place May 1-3. This year’s reunion kicks off with a Thursday evening reception at the Park Alumni Center. On Friday, we’ll host Classes Without Quizzes, campus tours and a visit to the Memorial Belltower. The luncheon, set for noon on Friday, will feature a special medallion presentation welcoming the Class of 1975 into the GGFC. We hope you’ll join us for many of the exciting events we have planned. Keep an eye on your inbox for more details as the date draws closer.
Additionally, mark your calendars for Day of Giving on March 26, a day that supports all facets of NC State University. Your generous contributions benefit the Alumni Association and the GGFC, helping to ensure our continued success.
We have an exciting spring ahead, and we encourage you to stay connected, register for events and spread the word to your fellow members. Together, let’s make this spring one to remember!
