On March 25, 2026, Day of Giving returns as a 24-hour celebration of Wolfpack pride and purpose, calling on alumni and friends to invest in the experiences that keep the Wolfpack community connected.

Giving to NC State’s Alumni Impact Fund ripples across tailgates, mentorship opportunities and career counseling that leads to job growth, impacting members of the Wolfpack across the globe. The Think and Do spirit makes a mark far beyond the NC State campus.

“It is because of the Wolfpack community that we are able to create experiences that connect people to one another and to NC State,” said Reshunda Mahone, Associate Vice Chancellor for Alumni Engagement. “Day of Giving is an invitation to invest in those moments — where relationships are strengthened and lifelong engagement begins.”

In 2025, donors who supported the Alumni Impact Fund helped the Wolfpack make a mark in powerful ways:

  • Leadership opportunities. In 2025 over 29 Student Alumni Ambassadors were able to make their mark by developing leadership experiences for their peers.
  • Engagement opportunities that brought together over 14,832 members of the Wolfpack community who attended 365 events around the world.
  • Career and coaching resources that helped 289 people in 2025.

Wolfpack generosity is how the Pack shows up — for each other and for NC State. Last year’s numbers reflect:

“NC State has made a lasting mark on generations of alumni,” said Adam Compton, executive director of annual giving. “Day of Giving is an opportunity to give back and support the experiences, connections and programs that continue to shape the Pack.”
