Celebrating 50 years of NC State memories and connections
The Golden Grads Forever Club welcomes NC State alumni who have celebrated the milestone of 50 years since their graduation! The GGFC offers continued connection with NC State and fellow alumni. You are welcomed as a member automatically once you reach your 50th anniversary of graduating from NC State. Learn about the history of the Golden Grads Forever Club.
The class of 1976 will be officially inducted during the 2026 annual reunion, with a special medallion ceremony during the signature GGFC luncheon. We look forward to celebrating this milestone with you.
Forever Golden

Hear from one of our newest Golden Grad members as our social media specialist shares her family’s story. “My dad and granddad were proud NC State alumni, but I initially chose a completely different path. As a member of the Golden Grads Forever Club, you’ll have access to a variety of events and opportunities designed to keep you connected to NC State and its alumni community:
Forever-in-a-Day Tours
Join the GGFC for engaging and informational campus tours held throughout the year. These tours provide a great way to reconnect with NC State, explore the evolving campus and relive memories.
Red and White Week
As a member of the Golden Grads Forever Club, you’ll be part of Red and White Week, our annual celebration of NC State’s spirit and community. Join us to revisit your favorite parts of campus and reconnect with fellow alumni through a variety of events.


Outreach
Engage in outreach events that connect both new and established alumni, helping to expand the club’s presence beyond Central North Carolina. These events offer valuable opportunities to network and stay involved with the broader alumni community.
Volunteer
Looking to get more involved? The GGFC offers several volunteer opportunities, including serving on the Board of Directors and participating in upcoming tours, workshops, meetings and town halls.

Commencement
As a GGFC member, you’re invited to attend the December and May commencement ceremonies with designated seating. The club is honored during the ceremony, and members are recognized from the podium for their lifelong connection to NC State.
Reunion Weekend
Every year the GGFC Reunion offers an opportunity to honor the class celebrating their 50th reunion. Reunion weekend is open to all Golden Grads Forever Club members. Stay tuned for details about Reunion Weekend 2027 where we will be celebrating the class of 1977!
