Once your reservation request is received by the NC State WolfTreks Travel Program, it will be forwarded to the appropriate tour operator. The tour operator will reach out to via email or phone to take your credit card deposit. Your reservation is not finalized until your deposit is paid and processed. NOTE: You should receive an immediate email receipt of this form, otherwise the form has not been submitted.
