Join WolfTreks as we explore New England, a region famous for its chowder, U.S. history, Red Sox baseball and dramatic fall colors! On this travel adventure, which features Boston, you will summit Mount Washington aboard the Cog Railway and experience three modes of transportation from Massachusetts to Maine and back on this seven-night journey.

Beginning in Boston, see the Old North Church where Paul Revere was signaled to start his famous ride, the restored Boston Tea Party ships and the historic Faneuil Hall Marketplace. Leaving Bean Town, travel to North Conway, a city bordering New Hampshire’s White Mountains to spend two-nights. Enjoy breathtaking vistas aboard a Cog Railway as you travel to the top of Mount Washington, the highest peak in the Northeast. Return to North Conway and board the Conway Scenic Railroad for a nostalgic ride through the Mount Washington Valley countryside.

On another exciting day enjoy fall colors and scenery as you motorcoach to Burlington, Vermont, along the Kancamagus Highway. This drive offers unparalleled views of the Quechee Gorge, “Vermont’s Little Grand Canyon.” Later enjoy an opportunity to participate in hands-on demonstrations at the Billings Farm & Museum in Woodstock. Just outside Burlington, view the impressive collection of American art at the Shelburne Museum and watch apples turn to cider at the Cold Hollow Cider Mill. Lastly, pay a visit to the home of Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream, founded in 1978 in a renovated gas station. Spend two-nights near the coast in Portland, Maine, and take a scenic cruise around Casco Bay before snapping an obligatory photo in front of the famed Portland Head Lighthouse in Cape Elizabeth. On your final evening, get a taste of Maine with a traditional New England lobster dinner.
